Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Original packaging, dust bag and tags must be included.
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Non-returnable items

Refunds & store credit
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 2–10 days to appear on your statement.
Prefer store credit? Choose a Maison Uriel credit instead and we’ll add an extra 10% to the value — valid for 12 months on anything in the collection.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Your first exchange is free — we ship your replacement as soon as your return is on its way back to us. Subsequent exchanges on the same order are charged at the standard regional shipping rate.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll cover everything — return shipping, replacement, or full refund.
